TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation. Full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours weekly, based on your own schedule (no weekends allowed). Sessions are hybrid, in-person and virtual. We provide full benefits which include opportunity for advancement, free supervision, yearly raises, paid same day cancellations/no-shows, private non-shared office space, company paid malpractice insurance, life insurance, short-term disability and EAP. Medical, Dental and Vision Plan. Paid Time Off, 401k and 0% clinical advancement in house loans. Starting pay is hourly, please see average annual compensation for our current full-time therapists under “Compensation”.
