Insurance and Payment Options

We’re committed to making care accessible. We accept most major health insurance plans and offer reduced rates for clients paying out-of-pocket. For your convenience, we also accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

As of January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities are required to inform individuals—who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not intending to file a claim with their insurance—of their right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. This information must be provided both orally and in writing, either upon request or at the time of scheduling services.
