TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice. We operate in a clinic setting, and all of our providers are full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, working Monday through Friday—no evenings or weekends—on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors and four locations, we prioritize education, consultation, and mutual support.

We’re seeking counselors who are open to learning new clinical skills and receiving training under the guidance of our experienced staff. A strong commitment to a healthy team environment, adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, and dedication to providing the highest quality clinical care to our community are essential.

While we thrive in a collaborative setting with strong clinical support, we also value the autonomy of our counselors. Our clinicians are empowered to determine diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy as they see fit—with guidance from our Leadership Team available if desired.

The full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours per week, scheduled according to your availability (no weekends allowed). Sessions are conducted in a hybrid format—both in-person and virtual.
