Here at TBAC, we pride ourselves in providing superior service to our clients. All of our Psychologists and Counselors have extensive training and experience. TBAC goes through a careful selection process of our providers and are all hand selected and the best in the field. Unlike many other practices, even our Registered Interns are highly experienced and skilled, holding a combined 40 years of experience alone. Likewise, our Psychologists and Counselors have combined 50 years of experience between them. Our staff regularly consults one another on treatment so you can rest assured, regardless of which provider you see at one of our offices, you have a team of professionals behind them that give guidance and care about you and your case. Lauren Roberts, LMHC Clinical Manager
Lauren enjoys working with adults, couples, and children ages two and older, along with providing parental support through a love and logic approach. Lauren received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lauren works with a variety of issues including attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), reactive attachment disorder (RAD), adjustment disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and couples counseling. Additionally, Lauren has experience with grief counseling having led support groups for children who experienced the significant death of a loved one and co-facilitated a support group for adults who experienced a death from suicide.
Lauren’s approach is trauma informed. She utilizes skills and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered therapy using a strength-based approach along with Mindfulness-Based Interventions. When working with children and teens, she utilizes play therapy skills and techniques into her sessions. Lauren wants to provide a safe environment for all ages to explore their past, who they are today, and where they want to be tomorrow.

Connie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a Professional Counselor Specialty from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology .

Fatima Silva, LCSW, Licensed Counselor
Hello I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Florida. I received my masters From Florida International University and have over 6 years experience helping clients navigating the challenges of work and life which can often lead to feelings of stress, uncertainty and ambivalence about seeking support. You might be hesitant to reach out because the immediate solution seems unclear or you find yourself overwhelmed by the issue at hand . It's important to recognize you are not alone in this journey. As an LCSW, I am here to support you in overcoming these obstacles and helping you see that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. I am committed to guiding you through a process that focuses on your strengths, helping you achieve your personal and professional goals. The therapeutic relationship I offer is built on collaboration and respect, where we start with where you are and work together to address the challenges you face. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and client centered therapies. My goal is to help you better understand the issues at hand, whether they stem from the workplace or personal life, and to work alongside you in finding practical solutions.

Kendal Mitchell, LMHC
Have you ever felt like you were not being heard, like no one was understanding you? Do you feel you are alone and not sure how to ask for help? One of the hardest, nerve-racking steps to take is to come to counseling and seek the help you deserve to make your life more fulfilling. The main focus of my work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is for therapy to be a collaborative, strong, and supportive relationship as a team. As well as providing evidence-based approaches that are tailored to you as an individual.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Gottman Couples counseling, exposure therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I have experience with eating disorders/body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional dysregulation.
There are many hurdles and obstacles in life that can be hard to go through and navigate on your own. I am there to support you and make you feel heard in every session we have together in order to reach your goals. I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals in a laid back, safe, and welcoming environment where you can feel open to express yourself in any way possible that is comfortable for you. When working with me, you will experience warmth, empathy, and compassion throughout the entirety of your time together.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon as well as a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

Noel Hamilton APRN, TBAC Group Associate
Noel Hamilton is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both Psychiatry and Primary care medicine. Noel is passionate about providing compassionate , comprehensive and high quality mental health services to adults. He possesses strong clinical skills and establishes excellent rapport with patients and family. Noel has always had an interest in the field of psychiatry, starting his career as a nurse in a hospital psychiatric crisis/acute care unit, as well as hospital inpatient psychiatric unit. Mr. Hamilton graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a Post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health.
