Connie Zink Rebane MA, LMHC is an experienced and compassionate licensed therapist with a rich 25 year history working in behavioral health, SUD/addictions, and hospital/healthcare. She is notably trained to counsel a culturally diverse population of youth and adults in individual, family, and group settings. Connie has a diverse clinical work history including: prevention and transition services, detention, residential treatment, outpatient and in-home counseling, court ordered evaluations, and crisis response. Connie's areas of expertise include: emotional and behavioral disorders, stress/trauma-related issues/PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance-use disorders/addictions, and sexuality among many others. Connie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a Professional Counselor Specialty from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology .

Noel Hamilton is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both Psychiatry and Primary care medicine. Noel is passionate about providing compassionate , comprehensive and high quality mental health services to adults. He possesses strong clinical skills and establishes excellent rapport with patients and family. Noel has always had an interest in the field of psychiatry, starting his career as a nurse in a hospital psychiatric crisis/acute care unit, as well as hospital inpatient psychiatric unit. Mr. Hamilton graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a Post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health.
